With the agglomeration of resilience search engine spiders for the resident building under consideration the rating among the potential hazard event is decided.In the demonstration of resilience index for the resident building following sudden changes of indicators are taken into a consideration: an investment indicator, the electrical energy indicator, the water indicator, the environment indicator and the people indicator.
